Ola,
Como visto a uma condição que esta causando todo este borbulho, coloque como esta abaixo e tente.
A condição de WWW não foi aceita por este servidor, ou você pode tentar mudando as URLs dos arquivos de config para www.

Optei em deletar o arquivo seo_url.php e o erro sumiu ;p

Então deletei esse arquivo e está funcionando tudo certinho.
O que buga nele é que fala sobre a função blog do Journal theme, do qual não estou usando. Dai por enquanto não teve erro.
