Manuel, No admin também estava dando o mesmo problema, então encontrei na internet a seguinte solução abaixo que resolveu meu caso:

1. Open index.php from the admin folder
2. find the line: $config->set($setting['key'], unserialize($setting['value']));
3. delete the line
4. save the file and upload it again to the admin folder
5. done, all should be well and you can now login to admin panel

Agora no FrontEnd estou com o seguinte problema em meu site:

Notice: unserialize() [function.unserialize]: Error at offset 437 of 1586 bytes in /home/zemcom/public_html/index.php on line 65
Notice: unserialize() [function.unserialize]: Error at offset 266 of 555 bytes in /home/zemcom/public_html/index.php on line 65

Fui no admin / módulos e olhei, o módulo "Boas Vindas" nem sequer está instalado.

Alguma idéia???
