Hum... Só para ter certeza, poste aqui o conteúdo do seu htacess. Ele está renomeado para .htacess, correto?
Também poste as mensagens de erro, pode ser q ajude...

Então a mensagem de erro que aparece qdo ativo a Url Amigavel em "Sistema" é essa, logo no inicio do site:

Por gentileza alguém tem ideia do q pode ser o erro ?

Opa, acabei de descobrir por acidente um pequeno problema na sua loja. Fui verificar qual versão do opencart utilizada na sua loja e sem quer digitei o endereço do administrador em maiúsculo. O q apareceu ao invés da mensagem de erro 404 foi:

You see this message because Shoppica 2 is not properly installed/configured. This happens usually due one (or more) of the following reasons:

1. You have not installed the Shoppica 2 module. Please, go to admin panel, enter Extensions -> Modules, find 'Shoppica 2 CP' and click 'install'.

2. You have not properly updated your index.php file. It should contain these two lines (near the end):

$controller->dispatch(new Action('common/tb', array('front' => $controller)), new Action('error/not_found'));

3. You have not replaced the opencart core files (system/engine/controller.php and catalog/model/setting/extension.php) with these provided with the Shoppica package.

Resumindo, o seu tema não está corretamente instalado. Já vi muitas pessoas aqui do fórum com problemas ao utilizar Shoppica. Nunca o utilizei, mas ele parece ser meio problemático pois faz muitas alterações no Opencart....
Leia toda a documentação do tema e complete a instalação. É muito provável q este seja o problema.
