após fazer o cadastro de usuário, qd clico no botão confirmar, aparece o seguinte erro como resposta:

mas recebo e email de confirmação de um novo usuário e tmb consigo logar na loja após entrar novamente na loja, alguém sabe o que pode ser?

o mesmo erro acontece qd entro em em contate nos e envio um email
já testei de tudo que conheço, inclusive configuração de smtp em sistema>configuração>editar >> aba email
