Erro com o cadastro brasil(urgente)

Bom dia pessoal, estou com um log de erro recorrente com o modulo do cadastro brasil, entretanto meu conhecimento é muito básico e limitado, preciso fazer algumas correcções pois tenho campanha de midia agendada, caso alguém esteja disponível para solucionar esse problema por gentileza me encaminhe um orçamento (urgente), seguem os logs.
Ja fucei o forum todo e vi diversos relatos desse erro entretanto não encontrei solução.
