Se você mexeu no código base do template é so refaze-lo adequadamente, se você usa Firefox ou Crome aperte CTRL+U e veja no código fonte que você tenha escrito algo depois do termino do </body></html> tudo que estiver abaixo destas devem gerar problemas.
Se isto estiver sendo gerado por algum script, configure para apresentar o resultado dentro do corpo do site.
