Use a versão correta do php para para sua loja, opencart 3.x deve utilizar php até 7.3; Faça essa essa alteração e informe se corrigiu!

A outra possível causa é a extensão está com produtos demonstração salvos no banco de dados, isso ocorre muito pois os produtos são deletados da loja e a extensão de novidades não encontra mais o ID do produto, para corrigir acesse a extensão pelo menu "Extensões > Extensões > Módulos > Produtos novos" e salvar a mesma;

Se com a dica acima não solucionar você deve ver se existe alguma extensão ocmod que altera a exibição do preço na listagem de produto, o problema pode ser a extensão;

Verdade, esse erro só acontece quando ativo o modulo de novos produtos, fiz a alteração do nome para Produtos novos e ate agora não deu erro, te agradeço muito pela ajuda, já cansei de reinstalar a loja.

Pode ser diversa causas, não tem como precisar, se fez a dica anterior e na continuar o problema tente deletar os caches do opencart manualmente, acesse o diretório "system\storage\cache" pelo gerenciador de arquivos da hospedagem ou ftp e delete todos arquivos que começa com o nome "cache."; Após isso acesse a loja e veja se o problema permanece;

Parâmetro abaixo está em segundos, sendo assim O valor 1440 equivale a (24 minutos), sendo assim veja o valor correto em minutos e faça a conversão para segundos

Definir session.cookie_lifetime como 0 faz com que o cookie da sessão expire quando o navegador é fechado.

Salve as alterações e reinicie o servidor web para aplicar as configurações.
