Então, o problema desse outro amigo que eu comentei aqui era com qualquer email fora do dominio dele. Parece ser o mesmo que o seu, e era limitação do servidor da UOL também..

Pelo o que eu entendi, ele estava tentando enviar as mensagens com outro e-mail... E não é o meu caso, pois eu configurei tudo com e-mail do dominio da loja...

Vou tentar usar ssl://smtp.gmail.com pra ver se funfa.

Bom, resolvi da seguinte forma:

Como o formulário está sendo enviado via SMTP, é OBRIGATÓRIO que o e-mail FROM seja do mesmo dominio do site.
Por padrão, o sistema coloca o e-mail de quem está enviando o formulário, logo, não representa um e-mail do mesmo domínio.

O lance foi alterar essa linha:

Código: Selecionar todos

$mail->setFrom($this->request->post['email']);

Ao invés disso ficou assim:

Código: Selecionar todos

$mail->setFrom($this->config->get('config_email'));

Foi o único jeito.

Olá Míriam, estou com o mesmo problema relatado. Ao enviar o formulário com email de domínio diferente
não funciona, alterei as linhas que voce comentou e deu certo o envio, mas o endereço digitado (email do remetente)
não é enviado, ou seja, não tem a quem responder. Como voce resolveu isso?

Alterei as linhas , o email assim é enviado, porém o endereço do remetente não aparece, voce sabe como resolver, por favor?

Veja, em resposta a sua duvida, o jeito que eu encontrei foi fazer um loop pegando os campos do formulário, que vem na variavel global $_POST, e criando o conteudo da mensagem (corpo da mensagem). Ficou mais ou menos assim:

Pessoal,

resolvi pelo guia configuração. Estou recebendo normante os pedidos de compra e as solicitações de contato pelo site.
Observar o final do seu dominio se é .com ou .com.br e seguir a info abaixo.

Sistema--> Configuração-->na guia geral email (nome@seudominio.com.br). Depois ir para a guia email.

Na guia email e configurar:
**imagem removida** estava com erro no site que fiz upload
Configuração de email da loja:

Na pagina principal da loja configurar o email: usuario@seudominio.com.br

Na guia email SMTP:
Protocolo: SMTP
Servidor SMTP: smtp.seudominio.com.br
Usuário SMTP: usuario@seudominio.com.br
Porta: 25
Tempo de conexão SMTP: 5
Alertas ativados: sim


Minha conta é na UOLHOST
OpenCar 1.4.9.4

Única falha é que usuários do gmail não recebem o emial de compra. Tenho que enviar manualmente...estou verificando a solução e assim que tiver informo.
