Obrigado pelo retorno VeteranoDF, essa configuração já havia sido feito, porém o problema começou a ocorrer apos eu fazer a instalação do SSL na loja ! Antes disso as urls amigavel funcionava normalmente!

@Manoel Vidal ainda não está funcionando url amigavél, se eu habilitar ele nas configurações da loja o site dar aquele erro que descrevi nos primeiros topicos!

Notei que mesmo sem o https está dando o erro 500 nas urls amigáveis, logo concluo que o erro não tem haver com o https, parece ser algum problema no arquivo .htaccess
Cole aqui o conteúdo do seu arquivo .htaccess para que nós analisemos.

Esse é o arquivo .htaccess que está dentro da pasta loja?

Pois parece que esse está fora da pasta loja, e está misturado com configurações para o OpenCart e para o Wordpress, sendo que como as configurações para o Wordpress vem por segundo, são as configurações do Wordpress que estão valendo.

Aconselho que tire as configurações do OpenCart deste arquivo .htaccess e crie um .htaccess dentro da pasta loja com a seguinte estrutura:
