Vou tentar te auxiliar com base no que tem, envie por ftp o pacote de idioma para suas devidas pastas e veja se corrige;

Ainda não consegui corrigir.

Posso te auxiliar desde que me envie dados ftp e acesso a admin por MP (mensagem privada), pois vou instalar o pacote de idioma da forma arcaica que é enviar arquivos por ftp e criar na manualmente na admin;
