alguém sabe editar a extensão COD (entregue pessoalmente) ou chamado contra-reembolso, inserindo uma taxa?

tentei aplicar este código no CART.PHP dentro de SYSTEM/LIBRARY mas não funciona no 1.5.4.1:

Ola
Alguem pode ajudar se existe um modulo que tenha uma taxa para o modulo de enviar á cobrança .
Ou seja , alem do valor dos custos de envio , o modulo permitir a colocação de um valor fixo de cobrança.
sera que alguem pode ajudar
